Subscription and Invoicing Terms

At DaSco Learning, transparency and trust are at the heart of how we do business. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below, which govern our subscription billing, invoicing, and cancellation policies.

When you purchase a subscription from DaSco Learning, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the agreed billing interval (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually).

  • Subscription renewals are processed automatically unless canceled in advance.

  • You will receive email notifications with billing details upon each successful charge.

๐Ÿ“… Cancel Anytime

We believe in flexible learning. You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and navigating to Billing > Manage Subscription, or

  • Contacting us at contact@dascolearning.com.

Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only. No refunds are provided for partial or unused periods unless required by law. Youโ€™ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing term.

๐Ÿ“„ Invoices and Documentation

You will receive an invoice for every transaction, including subscription renewals, upgrades, or one-time purchases.

  • Invoices will be sent via email to your registered account address.

  • All invoices are compliant with applicable legal and tax requirements.

Please retain your invoices for your personal or business records. If you need a customized invoice (e.g., with business details or tax ID), contact us directly.

๐Ÿ’ณ Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined:

  • We may retry the payment up to three (3) times within a short period.

  • You will be notified via email with instructions to update your payment method.

  • Continued non-payment may lead to suspension or cancellation of your account access.

  • Stripe Services: Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By purchasing or subscribing, you also agree to Stripeโ€™s Terms of Service.

  • Modifications: DaSco Learning reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

  • No Warranties: All services are provided โ€œas isโ€ without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uninterrupted access or results from our training programs.
